We warmly invite new patients to enrol with us at Willis Medical.
Current patients
Patients enrolled with Drs Tim McLeod, Tony Jenks, Monika Vieregg, Sabine Stanley, Michelle Mullin, or Roza Brajkovich-Payne (all formerly of City GPs), continue to be enrolled under the same doctor at Willis Medical.
New patients
If you wish to enrol with Willis Medical, and are eligible for funded healthcare in New Zealand, please click the Online Enrolment button below.

Please note:
All people aged 16 and over must complete an individual enrolment form.
Our enrolment process includes registration on the Manage My Health patient portal (from 16 years old). You will be emailed an activation link.
Our admin team will send you a confirmation email when your enrolment has been processed.
For your first appointment, please arrive ten minutes early to complete a medical history form.
Please also bring with you the supporting documents described below.
If you were born in New Zealand or are a New Zealand citizen, we require a current passport (preferably) or a New Zealand driver’s licence.
If you were born overseas, we require a copy of:
Your passport’s personal details page(s).
Copies of all visas relating to New Zealand. For funding, we require two continuous years of visas (e.g. student visas are only eligible if followed by a work visa).
The date you arrived in New Zealand for the start of your visa.

Why enrol?
Enrolling costs nothing and has a number of benefits, including:
Paying less for doctor’s appointments.
Free appointments for children under 14.
Reduced fees for Community Services Card holders.
Health prevention programmes, e.g. cervical screening, diabetes monitoring, and cardiovascular risk assessment.
Eligibility
To enrol with us, you need to be either a New Zealand citizen or resident. This includes those from the Cook Islands, Niue, and Tokelau.
You can also enrol if you hold a residence class visa, a work visa allowing a stay of at least two consecutive years, or if you're an Australian citizen or permanent resident residing in New Zealand for two years or more.
However, international students on a student visa are not eligible to enrol and should ensure they have adequate medical insurance coverage.
